Deep Blue S delivered over 10000 units in July

In less than 3 minutes, a brand new Deep Blue S7 can be completed from the assembly workshop.

The Shenlan S7 is the second and first SUV model launched by Changan Shenlan Automobile. It was launched on May 31, 2023 at the Nanjing Smart Factory and was well received by the market as soon as it went on sale. At the end of June, the Deep Blue S7 began large-scale delivery nationwide, with orders exceeding 10000 in just a few days; In August of the same year, a monthly delivery of 10039 vehicles was achieved, and the delivery volume exceeded 10000 for three consecutive months.

According to statistics, in 2023, Nanjing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. produced nearly 100000 new energy vehicles, achieving an annual output value of 10.1 billion yuan. Among them, the Deep Blue S7 has produced a total of 63000 vehicles since its launch on June 30, making it the best-selling new energy vehicle model in Nanjing's real estate market.

Implementing personalized customization through 5G+intelligent factories

Nanjing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is an important production base in East China under Changan Automobile. It settled in Lishui in 2003. The new factory plans to use 1276 acres of land, with an annual production capacity of 200000 new energy vehicles. The first phase has already used 754 acres of land, with a production capacity of 100000 vehicles. It has five major workshops: stamping workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, final assembly workshop, and battery workshop. It has four major characteristics: new energy, intelligence, personalized customization, and net zero carbon. In terms of automated production, intelligent manufacturing technology, flexible production, and quality control In terms of green and environmental protection, it is at the forefront of the industry, endowing the Deep Blue S7 with high quality and market popularity.

At present, the factory has laid out 68 "5G+" intelligent manufacturing scenarios, comprehensively promoting the intelligent manufacturing model of the entire business chain including production, logistics, sales, and services.

The successful production of new products has enhanced the momentum of enterprise development and helped the enterprise take high-quality development to a new level. As of the end of 2023, the company has produced and sold nearly 1.69 million vehicles, 660000 engines, and a production value of nearly 64 billion yuan.

At the beginning of this month, a cargo ship loaded with "Made in Lishui" Changan cars set sail at Nansha Port in Guangzhou, marking the new beginning of Nanjing Changan's 2024 sea voyage.
