On April 12th, the China Kazakhstan Industry Alliance (referred to as the China Kazakhstan Industry Alliance) visited Li for an inspection, conducting in-depth exchanges on industrial cooperation in areas such as new energy vehicles, agricultural products, small commodities, and large-scale infrastructure (highway, elevated, new city construction), further strengthening international exchanges and cooperation between the two regions, and promoting economic and trade development between the two sides. Secretary General of the China Kazakhstan Industrial Alliance, Wang Yuqian, and leaders of Lishui District, Xia Yun and Zhai Xiaoli, participated in the discussion and exchange.

Kazakhstan is an important hub connecting the Eurasian continent, an important member of the SCO, and one of the first countries to support and participate in the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road". With rich natural resources and a broad market, Kazakhstan has strong domestic consumption demand. The land border between China and Kazakhstan is 1533 kilometers long, and bilateral trade has a long history. The establishment of the China Kazakhstan Industrial Alliance aims to better serve the establishment of friendly cities, economic and trade system exchanges, cultural and tourism exchanges, and communication and connection between various industries between China and Kazakhstan, becoming a link between the two countries.

Lishui is an important advanced manufacturing base in the southern part of Nanjing, and has been selected twice as a region with significant achievements in manufacturing innovation and transformation in the province. The "1+3+1" advanced manufacturing industry is constantly moving towards high-end, green, and intelligent development. The Nanjing National Agricultural High tech Zone, located in Lishui, is one of the first national agricultural high tech zones and currently the only one in the Yangtze River Delta region. It has attracted seven universities and colleges, including Nanjing Agricultural University and Nanjing Forestry University, to settle and develop. It has also attracted a number of benchmark enterprises, such as listed company Zhongyin Babi and industry champion Daxi Di Food, to settle down. Lishui is adopting the development concept of "comprehensive agricultural high-tech zone" and the development model of "one district, multiple parks", adapting to local conditions to develop new agricultural productivity, and comprehensively accelerating the construction of the Yangtze River Delta agricultural science and technology innovation source, international agricultural science and technology cooperation demonstration zone, and science and technology revitalization rural model zone.

Through this comprehensive inspection and close communication, both sides agree that there is enormous potential for cooperation in advanced manufacturing industries such as new energy vehicles, energy storage and hydrogen energy, as well as agricultural park construction. Lishui will conduct in-depth investigations to accelerate the overseas expansion and layout of advanced manufacturing industries. At the same time, focusing on the strategic positioning of the Nanjing National Agricultural High tech Zone, it will shoulder the important mission of an international agricultural cooperation demonstration zone, strengthen cooperation between the two sides in agricultural parks, and build a long-term cooperation mechanism in new varieties, new technologies, new models, as well as talent, funds, product procurement and sales, to promote win-win development of industries.

On that day, the China Kazakhstan Industrial Alliance and its delegation also visited and inspected places such as Kaiwo Group, Hengtian Lingrui, Golden Manor, Zhongliang Food, Changli Bee Industry, Jiangsu Baima Agricultural International Expo Center, and Nanjing National Agricultural High tech Zone Planning Exhibition Hall.
