The data reflects the determination and persistence of Lishui Manufacturing Zone and Industrial Strong Zone.

In the factory of Beehive Energy Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. located in the development zone, the production line is running at high speed, and rows of neatly packed batteries are about to be shipped to various places. "We actively implement measures such as market expansion, quality improvement, cost control, and production line compatibility renovation. Currently, we mainly supply to OEMs such as Geely, Great Wall, and Dongfeng." The relevant person in charge of the enterprise explained that from January to March, there were continuous orders, and the completed output value reached 559 million yuan.

The Nanjing Luxi River Food Headquarters Base project is located north of the New Energy Avenue and west of the West Main Road in the Development Zone, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a construction area of 230000 square meters. At present, the construction of the first phase of the project is progressing in an orderly manner, and workers are carrying out internal facade decoration.

“We have orderly promoted the structural construction of the No.1 frozen semi-finished product workshop according to the construction plan, and the main structure has been successfully capped.” Project Manager of Luxi River Headquarters Base, Sun Jinping introduced. After the project is fully completed, it is expected to produce 100000 tons of baked goods, 4000 tons of fillings and sauces, and 20000 tons of frozen semi-finished products annually, meeting the supply demand of the national store market in Luxi River.

In order to accelerate the landing and production of projects, Lishui District will ensure various elements and strive for more projects to start construction immediately upon land acquisition, deliver upon completion, and issue five certificates simultaneously. In the first quarter of this year, major projects in 57 provinces and cities in Lishui completed an investment of 5.135 billion yuan, and 16 new major projects in 23 provinces and cities have started construction, with a construction rate of 69.6%. The key industrial projects in the district have completed an investment of 8.223 billion yuan, exceeding the scheduled progress by 4.3 percentage points.

To develop the economy, projects are the support, and investment attraction is the key. In terms of investment promotion, in the first quarter, the entire region completed an actual investment of 3.17 billion yuan, with 38 signed projects exceeding 100 million yuan and a total investment of 14.21 billion yuan. Among the signed projects, there are 8 projects worth over 500 million yuan, including 1 project worth over 1 billion yuan (Anyuanda Flexible Printed Circuit Board Project) and 1 project worth over 5 billion yuan (Weisen Wheel R&D and Production Project).

Promoting consumption: Market vitality continues to improve

Since the beginning of this year, Lishui has carried out nearly 70 business, tourism, and cultural integration activities to promote consumption, focusing on traditional holidays and popular tourist attractions. It has introduced a number of brand first stores such as Xita Old Lady, Cao's Duck Neck, and Yaduo X Hotel, covering various consumption formats such as catering, clothing, and accommodation.

At the same time, Lishui seized the opportunity of a new round of trade in policies and encouraged the promotion of trade in markets such as automobiles, home decoration, and household appliances, with a cumulative transaction volume exceeding 30 million yuan. At the same time, the organization recommends 21 automobile distribution companies to participate in automobile consumption subsidy activities, with an estimated subsidy amount of millions of yuan.

In the first quarter of this year, Lishui achieved a total retail sales of consumer goods of 13.551 billion yuan, an increase of 19.2%, which is 16.1 percentage points higher than the city's total, and the growth rate ranks first in Nanjing.
